Welcome to our Nottingham Windrush Day information page for what’s happening on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 and how you can get involved. There will be an exciting array of events happening to recognise the contribution of the Windrush Generation to the UK with our theme this year, ’Celebrating the journey’. . On Windrush Day 22nd June we will have:

A Civic Reception at the Council House, Old Market Square at 10.45am. Heading to Queens Walk Community Centre for a sumptuous Windrush Lunch at 1.00pm. At 3.00pm Windrush Bus tour and then on the Windrush River Cruise at 4.00pm.
